After looking at this link http://drive55.org/ I think it'll be obvious which one...

I don't mind sensible speed limits but that is the usual load of emissions from the north end of a south-facing bull, as someone on here put it so nicely a little while ago.

Couple that with some ideas they'd like to trial over here in the UK (GPS-based speed limiters that have a conversation with your car's ECU if they detect attempts at breaking the speed limit) and the future's not looking to good for people who like self-propelled vehicles.

This chart pisses me off too, as that isn't accurate for every car. On My SAAB, I get the best mileage going about 72. On the BMW 318, its at about (what the speedometer says) 64. If I go down, it gets worse.

+1. Most cars are designed to cruse at higher speeds anyway.

My Rx8 does best at about 65-70mph.
