I know that crating is good for him, he goes in there and naps sometimes but when we are leaving for an hour or two and he knows it he whines when we crate him. He has separation anxiety and its more guilt of leaving him rather than crating, he doesnt even sleep in his crate at night, every night he is in the 4 yr olds room either sleeping on the foot of her bed or on the love seat in her room right by the door. When he is ready to go to bed for the night he goes up and sits by her door looking at us from the walkway upstairs and waits for someone to let him in there.

In fact he is napping in his crate right now, with the door wide open

How much does this cost?

The one local to me is 17$ per day, we think it's a fair price.
