By far the best detail. Who carries Chinese throwing stars around?

On the way to New Orleans I stopped for gas at a run-down Stuckey's just north of West Memphis, and they had a locked glass case next to the register full of Chinese throwing start, knives of all shapes & sizes, and assorted other weaponry. I haven't seen throwing stars for sale anywhere for ~30 years.

Creating an underwater eatery with seating for 3 million italian food connoisseurs is bound to ruffle some feathers with the italian eatery establishment. This guy was just not ready to swim with the sharks.

They aren't in Florida. But concealed carry of a deadly weapon is. The charges will likely be dropped, and the stars never returned.

So if he mad the check for just $368, he would net a profit and never be noticed?

That would be a pretty crowded restaurant...only 2.7 square feet per customer.
