I went to ITT for college, got a 2-year Associate degree, but could have stayed one more year and had my Bachellor's.

That, and several relationships. Though at least I learned something from each one. Oh, and getting rid of my '94 Escort GT, and Lionel train collection.

I honestly can't think of anything. I know that sounds like a line, but really, anything I changed would mean something about me now would change.

I like me and my life, go figure.

I regret not trying harder in a few classes. Other than that, the only thing that I can come up with is not punching somebody in the face. I still go back and forth over whether or not I should have. I didn't, and most of the time I wish that I had.

I never dwell on that thought. There's 100 things I could have or would have changed but all the things that happened led me to where I am now and overall I like where I am now so why kill yourself second guessing what might have been. You can only change the future not the past so focus on the road ahead.

There are a couple things.

1) I never bought the POS '83 Caprice before I turned 16. It put me in a downward spiral of $500 crapboxes. Instead I should have saved my money and bought a Corvair or Toyota Pickup.

2) I should have gone to college and learned Horiculture. Growing up on my grandparents nursery should have been a clue, but since my mom and dad saw I had an interest in cars, they forced me into Tech School.

There are a few things I thought would be nice to go back and change but thinking about it more brought me to the conclusion that I wouldn't be where I am know and have what I have now. So nothing, I'm happy with the way things turned out for me.

I have the first "reply" post in both the Hotlink and Ignore threads. It's a small accomplishment, but one I am proud of none the less.

Funny, I'd have gone to class less in college, and bars more!

I'm kinda the same way.

I would say I'd have broken up with my senior year high school girlfriend when I went to college. But as sucky as that situation ended up being, I'd say I learned a lot from it.

I think the biggest thing I probably would have done would have been to find a way to get LASIK earlier. I could have taken advantage of an employer than ended up downsizing me and gotten my vision corrected 2 years sooner.

I dunno... maybe have started homebrewing earlier. Well... no, because the funds that will be sending me to brewing school wouldn't get freed up any earlier.

Yeah, the only thing I'd change is that I'd have gotten LASIK sooner.

Vehicle wise, I've been pretty conservative choosing practical vehicles for DDs. I would've owned more cool but impractical vehicles while they were available in good condition back in the day. Trying to stretch a buck for practicality doesn't equal fun. To bring one of those back from the dead now would be 50X the work.

Sometimes (usually when the money supply gets low), I wish I'd never met my ex-wife..but my daughter (she's 20yr old now) is so berkelying cool that it's just a fleeting, selfish thought.

Other than that, I wish I would have reclaimed my GT6 from my buddy's property before he had to "clean it out", instead of dragging that Alfa home. Eh, live and learn...

I frequently go through and fantasize about what I would do differently, but I always keep trying to figure scenarios where I could improve my current situation, but not really change anything. Sure I've had some times that have sucked including right now. Overall though I like where I'm at and if I changed anything major I wouldn't be here. However anyone within a reasonable commuting range want to give me a decent paying job?

I'm too young to have any big regrets, though sometimes I wish I'd not started my Surveying degree, (which I aborted half-way through), and gone straight into Marine science instead, (as I'm doing now).
