Last night I was using my ipad to surf the internet and then turned the screen off and went to bed. This morning I pick it up and light up the screen and its locked up because according to itunes I used the "find my iphone" function. Now it wants my itunes ID and password in order to unlock it. Problem is, I never use those two things and they are written down inside my ipad! So now I'm locked out and have no way to get back in. What do I do?

Did you try powering it off and then on again? That may clear the app and let you back in.
Try syncing it with your computer.....if you have itunes on your computer(if you have a computer).
go to www.iforgot.apple.com to reset your apple (itunes) password.
You of course will still need access to the email that is tied to the account. Let me guess... you only use the iPad for that...
How critical is the info on it? And, more importantly, is it backed up? If all else fails, you could just wipe it and either start from scratch or restore it from backup.
