My understanding is the set was modified to add Senjutsu songs after the Legacy of the Beast tour was delayed/rescheduled/extended thanks to Covid and the actual Senjutsu focused tour didn't happen. Even the 2023 tour seems like a combination of the Senjutsu tour and the next planned "retrospective" tour.

Okay, that does sound familiar.
And I thought that last night felt a little too familiar. Turns out we saw this very tour on an earlier leg back in 2019. (July 18 in Sunrise, Fla.)
Guess that lack of sleep really did catch up with me last night.
