23 and 27 also have English instructions or information on them. Guy in 14 is wearing US desert camo pants and combat boots everyone else in that same pic is wearing sandals.
Oh if you look closely at the 27 pic of the recoilless rifle it is a M40A manufactured right here in the USA.
