Last time I looked, they still make the Mk2 Jetta and the XJ Cherokee in China.
If we are going to go beyond cars. I will throw my boat into the mix. The GP14 was first designed and built in 1949. The design is still going strong and new ones are being built every year. Originally made of mahogany and mahogany ply, they are availible in 'glass or wood new today. Over 16,000 built and still going.
The Nissan D-21 truck was built from 1986 to 2008, although not available in this country after 1997.

Does the 911 count? It's grown like 8 inches wider and 10 longer since 1963. Some horsepower and aspiration changes, but still the same basic beetle look.

The Toyota Tundra almost matches the Frontier in terms of time since last chassis refresh. With the way things are looking, the may be able equal. Sounds like Nissan is about ready to axe the D40, and the Tundra isn't slated for replacement until 2020.
