Also - one of my younger sisters and her fiancee are in the process of opening a cidery. Which means taste testing their recipes every time the family gets together. I'm a big fan of their ginger infused stuff. They also aged some in a bourbon barrel - man was that batch good. Didn't last long though.
I picked my first two cucumbers, there's about twenty more that should be gurken sized by Sunday. Time to get some sweet pickles going :) Tomatoes are blooming and I also appear to have accidentally grown a lot of radishes, I just kinda tossed the rest of my seeds in a pot. Anyone know a good radish recipe?

Meat in tube form does bring family together...
I totally just made a HotPocket. I've found in my microwave that 1:13 makes it boiling lava in your mouth hot but 1:11 leaves ice in the middle. So I recommend 1:12 and let it sit for about thirty seconds. Of course your microwave may vary.
About 10lbs of tri tip being turned into jerky right now on the smoker.
Yogurt. Got an incubator yep controller and wired it to work with my crockpot. Now I can make it by the gallon. And like the commercial I Set it and forget it.
