I'm so hosed. This combo made me over $20k fake dollhairs yesterday.
I'm already down $15k!!! WOOT!!! Glad it's not my money!
Not too worried though, I figure it'll rally over the next few months. The DOW is down about the same that I am.

LOL. 15 of us playing the game, 14 of us are losing money within the first few hours.
This is going to be fun. (Not sarcastic, btw). Wonder how the first week and month turn out and how many people start trading heavier based on current results.

Even funnier, there is only one thing in my portfolio in positive territory at all. It's marijuana related.
Apparently, a little dope puts me in 3rd place amongst us dopes!
If I had been near a computer this morning, I would have made a trade (based on the news) which is up 23% today.
I have one stock that i'm contemplating dumping ALL my money into and just shorting a few times a day.
Because it's the only thing that seems to be doing the same thing all day.

That's only because Ford and Tesla are dropping. Once they reverse, GM will go down.
I picked a good day for us to start. LOL
238 points is a pretty significant sell-off. Statistically speaking 3rd year of any presidential term returns 15%.
(I don't know why I feel the need to share that nugget with you all)

I'll try to experiment with this later unless someone has definitive answer. The reason being is that they are not priced until the end of the day (vs. and ETF which is priced throughout the day).
It appears this is so.
They kind of appear like after-hours trading.
My "Ranking"(Which I am assuming all of you can see) shows a net loss of -$1,110.24. Pretty sure that is at close of the market.
But my "Portfolio" (Which is private) shows an overall gain of $11,127.30. I think it is because a few of my indexes and funds were priced at close of business today, and therefore credited after hours.
Rankings may look a little different when the market opens tomorrow.
Interesting. Think I will wait a few days to try to figure this out.
In reply to Swank Force One:
So you made your money in poker today, and I made mine in pot.
Some crowd.
Hey, what's going on with the game?
There's been a HUGE amount of movement/ change in the last 3 hours (all after the market closed).
The numbers I wrote above @ 6:00 have totally changed, I dropped 2 positions in the rankings, the leader (@ 6:00) dropped from 1st to 4th (and went from a net gain to a net loss), and 2 new leaders both show positive who did not before.
And WHAT THE HECK did Nervous Dog do that he made $20K on a day like today???
