I came out of the middle of the national forest with a set of vice grips on a brake hose.

That commercial is in steady rotation on most of our local radio stations.   So often I almost don't notice it anymore.  However, I sure as hell noticed it the first week or so, because the first release had the announcer-lady tragically mispronouncing it as "Camp Le jerne", and Marine Corpse...

Actually, "Luh jern" is the correct pronunciation. Link. I'm surprised the ambulance chasers got that right.

I was wondering why I keep getting Camp Lejeune emails... despite having never been there...

I have no clue what anyone is talking about.  But to address an issue from the previous page:

(Randall Munroe has also covered this several times in different ways - I highly suggest getting his most recent book if you dont have it already)

Actually the easiest way to launch something toward the sun is to launch it away from earth so that its orbital velocity is reduced enough that it just falls into/toward the sun.

No politics here...

Denouncing and deriding an economic position isn't political.

If you don't like the economic position you're in, do something about it. Complaining "life isn't fair" solves nothing.
