Japanese Ronald McDonald is creepy.

I am only familiar with the game from memes, frankly.
And wait, Hawaiian shirts are a thing now? Not that I ever wear them, but SHEESH.

Creepy? Izzat all? "Creepy"? How the heck am I supposed to eat French fries now? Geez that can't be real, right? Gotta be some horrible 4chan thing, right? (Google image search) oh.... oh dear me. Well my days of taking Japan seriously have certainly come to a middle

Last Christmas I was laughing about how I got punched by a guy I Narcan'd and was met with silence and blank stares.

Can confirm. That was a popular game (by "game", I mean an excuse to slug your friends) in my high school in the early 90s. No connotations that I'm aware of other than some bruises and wounded pride.
Anyway, have a meme.

Yet another example of how easily the media is manipulated by bored people in their never ending pursuit of ratings and division.

Mom was an ER nurse in a major trauma center, Dad was a fireman.
Everything is dinner table conversation in my house.
Hopefully this is not seen as political, or racist, or whatever. I'm sure that it can be Anything anyone wants to make it into (and that's all I intend to point out).
Didn't that stupid "you looked at my nuts and now I punch you" game come from that stupid Ryan Reynolds movie about working in an Applebee's knock-off?

It was big in my junior high school before that movie came out. I think I remember it in the late 90s in elementary school too. Any excuse to wail on a buddy I guess.
We were too ignorant to even know we were signing OK, we called it "the circle game." If you got your buddy to look at the circle you made with your thumb and index finger, below your waistline/belt you got to punch them, usually in shoulder.
There were plenty of racist and bigoted things in my highschool, but the circle game wasn't one of them.

This was exactly my experience. Only due to this thread have I become aware that it could possibly be offensive to someone.
