The basic premise of a flyer is to get the key information out to customers, usually with something else on it to grab the attention of others (people having fun, pictures of food / drink)
This basically is a minimalist way of both grabbing the attention of potential customers (most anyone will easily recognize a text message screen) AND clearly gets the key points across.
