Finally got a tag on the N, it only took till today when the temp tag was supposed to run out that the tag office got the stuff for it, I still also had to go into the tag office to sign stuff.

The wheel cylinder one could be worse. It could be a blown axle seal with a nice gear oil/brake dust paste coating everything. The only automotive substance nastier than CV joint grease. (Brake fluid and brake dust are water soluble, a bit of hose action gets that cleaned up quick)
On the other hand, I'm really impressed by the Crown Vic.

Migraines are being controlled by the chiropractor. May be good to see if its covered

so 35 spline axles, LSD, and ADTR Billet control arms?
Already has the LSD. The rest will be cheap rockauto parts and a cage before the Lemons 24 hour race at CMP in April.
Appleseed said:Why is it that during the week I get about 3-4 hour of sleep each night, wake up tired, but go asnd smash the rest of the day fine, but get a decent amount of sleep (6hrs) on Sunday, and I have a massive, debilitating headache? EVERY-DANM-SUNDAY! Almost as if my brain and body are punishing me for not going to work and being exhausted.
I have a E36 M3 load of work to do, except this work around the house, I don't get paid for. berkeley you, brain, I'm getting real tired of your E36 M3.
I get headaches from sleeping too long too, I haven't found a cure.
I have found that sleeping on 2 pillows let's me sleep a little longer without headaches though. Probably neck pain causing mine
Both the Dancer and I are teetering on the edge of being sick. As a result she got very little sleep Sunday night because I was snoring so badly and she just couldn't get comfortable. So last night I went overboard trying to make sure I didn't snore and keep her up, and finally actually slept a night with the jaw-aligning mouth guard. The good: I apparently wasn't snoring. The bad: my neck is stiff (likely due to having kept the second pillow I'd put under my head the night before until about halfway through the night) and my jaw isn't sore, it just feels weird after being held out of normal position for 6 hours. Damn tonsils...
The odds of the merger continue to drop, with a VP going on record stating that our company will "cease to be viable within the next two years."
Honestly, I'm surprised he's giving us that long. My department alone has been trying to burn as much as humanly possible as quickly as possible; our installer just can't keep up.
I really, really enjoy that thing that sometimes happens at night which isn't sleep. My wife does not.

Regarding your Sunday headaches, is it because you don’t drink caffeine on Saturday, but you do on Monday through Friday?

Sounds like you're buying a very large, brand new TV. That sounds like a win, to me.
Just trying to fit a 50 inch TV into the backseat of a sport compact while exhausted was the rant, slightly upsizing and enjoying that even pedestrian TV sets have 4K and HDR is pretty amazing. Three hundred bucks I didn't want to spend around Christmas, but it certainly gets used enough.
Kinda OT, but did you guys do a lot of research to choose TV brand and model? I’m in the market for about a 50” But I haven’t done the first look of research yet.
Most of my headaches are sinus related. I have a deviated septum. Of course the side that is closed off, the left side, is the one that gets almost all of the headache.

My wife thinks she has outgrown making pillow forts and avoiding the lava floor as well.

Mine as well. Doesn't take too kindly to getting portrayed as the evil monster that my daughter must destroy to save her pillow kingdom, but that's her fault for not taking refuge in the fort sooner.

Oh.... pillow FORTS.
Nevermind
My car buddy at work retired yesterday. I have no one to shoot the E36 M3 with now over lunch. I have a sad.
Also I got the paperwork from paying off the Viper and they included the total interest paid over the last 3 years since I got the loan. Yeah that was a kick in the teeth. I did the math on what it cost me to own each year and I am not sure I have 5-6K a year worth of fun out of the thing. I only do about 2K miles a year in it.

At the risk of sounding like a tool, why would someone in your apparent financial situation finance it?

Was cheaper then borrowing from myself to be honest. Total rate worked out to be about 5.5% and over the same period of time in the market i did almost 10.1%. Now this is very uncommon but at the time it seemed like a solid bet and it worked out in my favor.
What I guess I keep questioning is... Is the fun worth the cost. I have 80% fun at the track in a Miata but 30% the total cost. I keep trying to find the inflection point of maximum fun for minimum cost. I enjoy the events and the people more now then I do owning the car if that makes sense. I would prefer more events at this point.
For what I paid for a year in the Viper I could take two weeks and bomb around Europe in really nice digs or drive the ring for a week with an instructor and the older I get the more I think that is the way I want to go.

I went with this. It had decent reviews from a couple profressional websites and a bunch of positive user reviews and was pretty much billed as a well rounded choice for a household TV. If you're really picky about AV stuff, you might want to move further upmarket but its been great for us so far.

We bought (or rather, asked for and got from my parents...) this one for the cabin since the 32" one we had initially picked up was just too small for the space. Was one of the cheaper ones that were 'Smart ' and thus had Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. built in so we could stream stuff out at the cabin without needing to drag an AppleTV along with us. We've not used it a huge amount (3 weekends, essentially) but it's been nice so far. The remote is MUCH simpler than the usual TV remotes though- it doesn't have ANY number pad on it and the remote almost serves as more of a mouse than a remote.
We considered picking up something 4K, but for the cabin it wasn't viewed as being worth it... when we upgrade it home though it will be to at least a 4K set...

10+ years ago I went with a Sony 52" 1080p and it is still serving us well, despite its age. I'll look at Sonys again when we upgrade in a year or two.
At work I have big 32" Samsung computer monitors that I like a lot, too, so I will definitely look at Samsungs as well for the new house TV.
Other than that, it's confusing as hell to me, because there are so many overlapping models, each possibly slightly (or not so slightly) different, for any given size / manufacturer. It drives me insane.
