Also, as a sign of how overdue I am to grill meat, I recognize that picture. I remember that it came out a little overdone as compared to how you wanted it. Apparently pictures of grilled meat over the colder months leave their mark on me...
Now that I do most of the cooking I use the grill 3-4 nights week. This past month was the longest it's sat still because I haven't had time to dig it out of the snow.
