As title states. Also need cheap source for pillow blocks, jack shafts, etc...

I'd say either the local pick-n-pull for the pulleys or mcmaster-carr

Grainger.

Except for the "cheap" part.

Local junkyard - it's gotta be a crank pulley for something, right?

Our local Ace Hardware stores have that sort of thing, though it's been too long to recall how cheap.

Also seems like I saw some on the wall at the local lawn mower/small engine shop when I was getting the reel mower sharpened...

Swamp coolers

My local bearing shop sells this kind of stuff - useful when you're trying to assemble an air compressor out of disparate stuff. But not cheap. I'd be looking at MMC, in large part because their catalog rocks.

+1 on ace hardware our local one has all kinds of pulleys belts, gears, chain, bearings, and shafts. The next place i would try would be your local industrial supply or tractor supply house

Don't forget that lawnmower decks use v belts, or at least mine does.

I use stuff like that at work all the time and we get it from Motion Industries. No idea if they're cheap or not.
