How do you use a vehicle to go get parts for itself though? Wouldn't that make up the majority of the parts/dealership runs?

Every time I see one of these, all I can think of is that there is a secret group of European terrorists inside of there plotting some crazy coup or heist or something, kinda like in the Die Hard movies. I call them Mobile Command Centers.
