New shootings in progress at Virginia Tech

Looks like it's happening again. 2 killed apparently, gunman still at large.

Looks like it may not be a student rampage this time, at least.

I hope they find him before he takes another life. My heart goes out to his victim's families. It doesn't sound like this has the makings of a mass killing, but it's horrible all the same.

That's just nuts. I hope they catch the guy. I feel lucky to have gotten out of there alive! Pretty quiet place 25 years ago.

Ahh, apparently the second victim was the shooter himself. He killed a cop during a traffic stop, then ran nearby and killed himself. All over now, it seems. My thoughts to the officer and his family.

So wait, someone walked up and shot the cop and then ran off and shot himself?

Why do I have a sneaking suspicion there will be an also shot wife or girlfriend in the picture?
