Scobee handed that win to you on a plate. Looking forward to the rematch in your house this time. :)

I can't decide if I'm looking forward to that game. I do hope the bye week give Manning time to get some arm strength back. Either that or the Broncos really need to take a long, hard look at their back-up. I've been a Manning fan for some time, so it's a bit sad to say that.
Tonight, we have the battle of NFC East mediocrity...

Umm... MNF has been on ESPN (cable only) for quite a few years now. I kinda miss it, but not enough to pay for satellite or cable.

It appeared to be a trick play to cause confusion, and as it didn't draw confusion, should have never been snapped. Still though, the Pats didn't get a beatdown they probably wanted, just a win.

Some of those dropped passes yesterday weren't his fault, and I don't understand why Kubiak felt one of the strongest offenses needed to be changed up. But yeah, there's just a spark missing. Watching Brady play right afterwards really brought it home.

We Browns fans are enjoying watching you suck. It ads a little enjoyment to just watching ourselves suck.
WOW Really Paul? wrote:Mazdax605 wrote: WTF were the Colts doing on that play last night? Seriously!? Griff Whalen = NFL's Leeroy Jenkins
As a pats fan, I was speechless with incredulity for about 3 seconds before ending up in tears laughing.

Interesting... It has been on ESPN for so long now I don't even check the local ABC channel. I will tonight.
I've been hearing during promos the TNF game is on NBC, but then they promote their main Thu lineup (Heroes and some other show) ...maybe it's on one of the alternate HD channels. I suppose I'll try to scroll a bit through what my HD antenna picks up.
I just don't understand why the Browns went for 2 when they could have easily nailed the extra point that would comeback to haunt them....It will be a miracle if Pettine is back next year.
P. Manning is defiantly in a funk or hates the game, he won it in the end, but made some stupid moves.

I honestly hope he comes back. Im tired of changing coaches every year or two and "rebuilding". I appreciate how he doesnt make excuses and talk about moral victories. I've come to accept the Browns will never be a dynasty or powerhouse. But I would like to see some consistency in the front office for awhile.

Aside from that play, I thought Indy played its best football of the year. How terrible are the Pat's defence to allow that?

His body is clearly not working for him at this point, but his brain is still one of the best in football. With their defense, I think they can win on game management alone. Look at it this way: Brad Johnson and Trent Dilfer both have Super Bowl rings playing aside awesome defenses. Is 2015 Manning as good as those guys?
I'm an admitted PM fanboi. I admire the guy's work ethic and apparent professionalism. I'd really love to see him take another ring home before he retires.
Also, I'm an unapologetic Cardinals bandwagoneer. Every year around this time I start talking about how they're for real, and then they go and get beat by some real second-rate team. Can't say I wouldn't enjoy an Arizona/Cincy Super Bowl and let the small markets have some fun for once.
JG, I agree that he's sharp. And I definitely want to see him win the big show this year and go out on top. But the execution just isn't quite there. You can tell what he wants to do, but it's just not happening all the time. The story is that defense wins championships, I guess we'll find out.
Meanwhile, I am happy to witness the decline of the Seahawks. Obnoxious bunch. I'm rooting for GB vs Patriots in the Superbowl. But only if GB doesn't wear those throwback uniforms ever again.

I don't love either team, but that would be an interesting game.

Having moved to ohio i usually spend all season making fun of browns and bengals fans. This year there all getting me back!

That's the problem. It's like Seattle turns into an entire town full of frat kids on football Sunday.
