Surprised this is "second page" news. Giant kaboom at Iranian Nuclear facility. Man, those guys have more "accidents" than the Mafia.

They don't yet....none have been delivered to Israel thus far.
Right now our office sounds like it's being attacked. They are practicing for the Wings and Waves show here in Daytona----- the sounds of warbirds are filling my office.

it's awesome. I could listen to this all day!
In reply to Joe Gearin:
I used to live at the end of a Lambert International runway. That was everyday life as well as the reason I couldn't activate my car alarm.

Publicly.
Explosion shatters windows 9 miles away... TWO people killed... uhm...
This image is strangely appropriate:
Yes, that says 5 MEGATON blast!

Very, very doubtful.
The F-35 program is a mess, and I fail to see how the F-35 would be more effective in this mission than the F-16 or the F-15E.

This, the f-35 isn't in service anywhere yet outside of the testing phase, and thus far, we're the only ones that have them randomly falling out of the sky.

Those are F-22's. F-35 is still in final testing.....

Yup. If we had F-35s flying combat right now, we'd be publicizing it everywhere to refute the program's many and vocal critics.

My mistake. I was picturing F22s and thinking F35s. Humble apologies.
What the hell are they doing with explosives at a nuclear facility besides building nuclear weapons?
Kenny_McCormic wrote: What the hell are they doing with explosives at a nuclear facility besides building nuclear weapons?
Clearly not building bombs, they've already said its for peaceful purposes only. After all, they have no other source of energy, so they need nuclear energy. I'm not sure what you're implying.
EDIT: In other news, Iranian intelligence has identified a suspect:
Wait, even if they were building a nuke, they wouldn't have enough explosives on hand to break windows 9 miles out.
So given what little info we have, what we probably have here is said two now dead guys doing final assembly on a functional nuke (which they presumably planned on testing farther away from their capital city) and they screwed up really bad, leading to a very big fizzle if not a full on proper detonation.

I believe this is the actual location
