Listen, guys, this is a link thread that you REALLY REALLY do not want me involved with. Because I have researched for years for things that peg my weird-E36 M3-O-meter. And pegging the meter recalibrates it.
I present to you, an Irish guy who made a banjo cover of a techno cover of a Japanese indie video game background music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVbA2EKGYBs
I also present, Slayer. Just Slayer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5eR2MC3e8ss

Manowar, by Van Canto, through a Nightcore filter.
SO I just ended up listening to some "Disney Radio" and "Reggae" versions of heavy/death metal songs. That was interesting.

I actually really like this one. I forget who they opened for, but this was easily the most fun pit I ever experienced. That and the circle pit when Pennywise covered Outkast, but I have yet to find video of that escapade.
Can't believe no ones mentioned beatallica yet. Metallica styled Beatles covers.

No I don't, but that sounds awesome.
One more thing before I recuse myself from this thread.
There is a band called Austrian Death Machine that makes some actually pretty good metal songs based on Arnold Schwarzenegger movie quotes.
Someone has done a spoken word version of I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, and Your Motorcycle
There's also an 8-bit version!
In reply to Knurled:
Angel Of Death never bothered me until Radio Dizney. thanks for that. and yes, Austrian Death Machine is stellar. Get to tha Choppah!

And a fantastic Aussie band devoted to the glory of male facial hair, called the beards.
Such wonders as "if your dad doesn't have a beard, you've got to mums" and "no beard, no good"
