This is way funnier if you get the full context that this was in response to balloons carrying leaflets sent from the south.

They're getting pretty upset about those balloons, sounds like they're working devil

Should test them for parasites and pathogens. Even if unintentionally, they're probably loaded.

Def not a DPRK supporter in any way at all but I kind of get it. I don't condone it and it's always good to have an adult in the room; for me it's my wife, not sure if he has a grown up!

My neighbor kept sending her dog into my lawn to take E36 M3s and I got sick of mowing it, a time or two the shovel may have come out and sent those E36 M3 bombs back to her lawn...smiley Grown up told me to stop!

There was an initiative a few years ago to air drop thousands of cel phones preloaded with apps and news and video of life outside the North. Let them see what life could be like if they sharpened the pitchforks.

That's why we need less grown ups in our lives.

Old guy (chemist, PhD, concert trained pianist) next to my dad's house would get so mad at dog poop he flung it into the street while muttering - then it got smashed and sat there.

It was all kinda odd as he didn't know whose dog it was (back when dogs ran unleashed).

In the same vein, air drop some freshly cooked bulgogi to stir up some dissatisfaction.

North Korea would either kill anyone with one of those phones , or hard labor camp ,

Just seems wrong to  put those North Koreans in that position if they found one .

The only way to fix the situation they're in is from within. Lots of people will die but ultimately they would prevail. I know that's easy for me to say in my comfortable Canadian office chair but that's the way it's been since time memorial. The only way to stop being oppressed is to overthrow the oppressors.

It could also give the western world some info on the health of North Koreans. It's probably soldier poop so it wouldn't offer any info on NK's well-hidden peasants, but it could be handy as military intel.

I read somewhere that defecting soldiers (one would think better fed than the average peasant) are usually treated for parasites.

They tried that after ww2 and a coalition used everything short of nukes to keep the oppressors who collaborated with imperial Japan in power.

Defecting or defecating soldiers?

That is funny, but I'm trying to figure out how North Korean balloons fly south and South Korean balloons fly north.  How can that happen?

Hence the 2nd Amendment.   But they don't have that plus every megalomanic dictator confiscates weapons as the first order of business for "public safety" reasons.

As I was stationed in Seoul 50 odd years ago courtesy of Uncle Sam, the general rule was during spring and summer the warm air from the Sea of Japan would blow north up the peninsula and then when fall arrived the wind would blow south from Siberia towards Japan
