That looks good sir! I'd wonder if the issues you see there are cleanliness issues. I always powder to want ridiculously clean - like fresh blast media clean. You did seem to have done an exhaustive cleaning process from what you listed though.

Yeah. It doesn't concern me in this application. If someone wants to get on a ladder and critique it, that's on them.
Wire wheel, scotchbrite with simple green, Alumiprep, pre-bake, acetone wipedown. Can't think of much else to do.
