The closest one is a Honda 650R, next is a KTM SuperDuke and last is another Honda, a 650L with a bunch of race goodies on it, but I forget the deets. The bicycles are a Soma chromoly 29er mtb and a vintage Trek fixie. Not sure if both of those made it in the shot or not (far right).

Nice Wheel Horse! Is that a Predator engine I see in there? I did the same to my C-80 a few years back.

Yep. The old Koehler threw her second rod after rebuild within 6 months, so we did the Predator swap. Upgraded from 12 to 16 horses. (Obligatory grunt) Not diss'in the Koehler, it was 50 years old at that point with questionable maintenance prior to our ownership. Those are like $900 smackeroos for a replacement engine though. The Predator has impressed me, great torque and fit under the original hood with a few mods - relocated the choke, throttle and the obvious muffler delete.

I could probably spoil ECM's address, but that wouldn't be cool. Plus, she could put the hammer to me.
Also added to the Craiglist thread. If your car is in front of a body shop with a lot of "cool" body work added to it my thought is this baby was mashed up a bit and I would think it had some damage at one point that might be questionable.
Then again, maybe not and someone wanted a Type R for a really low price.

I lock my car in my garage and shut it before anyone shows up, got tired of derby bros trying to buy it and tell me how great of a derby car it is. Yet 90% of them don't understand it's a small unibody wagon
