Sending money to Mother Russia

I found someone in Russia making decals for a model I want to build. They don't have PayPal and want me to send money through paysend.com. Has anyone used this?  Am I asking for problems signing up for it?  Help me buy some more pointless stuff. 

My skepticism... Do they make them or just say they make them?  

How could an international transaction using an unknown app and involving Russian models possibly be anything other than totally legit?

What I read a discussion about a "Russian model" I think of some sketchy financial transaction that has nothing to do with decals. 

Maybe see if they have an Etsy shop?

Plenty of honest, hardworking people in Russia.  If the country in question was Ethiopia, would we even be having this discussion?

If you sre gonna get taken for $20, you are gonna get taken. I would forget the app and just send cash since cash can't bite you.

I guess if the price is an amount you can handle loosing then why not go for it.

There's plenty of ways to protect  yourself, so really, you'd only be out the money  if it turns out they're shady

Yeah, this sounds like borscht to me. 

Paysend is legit and I've sent money to Russia before too. But I've never sent money to Russia using paysend. 

How did you find the seller? 

Are these water transfer decals?  You can make your own pretty easily with an inkjet printer. A quick search show a place that will print the for you:

The question is, do you have a good copy of the design you want?  I am sure there are at least a few here (me included) who could help you create some print ready designs.

Wally, you are the funniest man I know. 

I don't have any doubts that the seller is legit. We've both belonged  to a Facebook group for some time and he seems to have a pretty good history of making them. I stumbled onto a couple Lada Niva models and he makes decal sheets for Dakar racers. My concern was the app is in Russian and the google translation is a little tough to follow, I want to make sure I'm just paying the seller and not getting into anything more.  Making good, detailed sets on my own is beyond my skills. I'd rather pay someone that did all the work well.
