Looks like that inlet valve isn't seating fully.

Maybe that's where the power cord for the camera was routed through?

I had heard rumors from the guys at work about videos such as this.... They are very expensive to make and the camera lasts seconds...

Usually they drill a port in the side of the head for the camera. The emissions guys like this stuff to study flame kernel, flame front propagation, and elephants tears.

I saw a 6-month old baby yesterday that I thought had elephant ears.

I saw one several years ago which used an overhead perspective. It was cool to see a 'shock wave' expand out past the camera's viewpoint.
