Anybody ever seen this movie? Documentary style following James Garner and his racing teams in the late 60s. Really decent footage at Sebring, Sears Point, Lime Rock and a particulary terrifying Formula A crash at Circuit Mont Tremblant. Even a neat little interview with Hobbo after the wreck. Currently airing on Turner Classic Movies (TCM)

I've never seen it. But I saw James Garner and his film crew at Lime Rock "back in the day." Can't remember if it was '69 or '70. Sometime thereabouts. After that I promptly forgot about it.
I saw it. James Garner spends a lot of money racing. Hires drivers who blow engines and wreck cars. Finally realizes that he can't afford to do it any more and gives up. Make small fortune racing by starting with a big one. And so on.

It's a good period piece, and it's got James Garner. I can recommend.
Yep, saw it again last night. I knew James Garner was into racing, just didn't know how deeply.
My favorite James Garner racecar was the Oldsmobile 4-4-2 offroader. Jay Leno featured it on one of his YouTube videos if you want to see it in action.
