I had a really odd dream last night. I was at the NAIAS, and at the back of Nissan's booth, there was a car I would like: a Nissan Versa convertible in a candy red, with a tan leather interior. Could you imagine a Nissan Versa convertible? If you could get your head around the epic label on this car of FAIL, could someone out there Photoshop me one of those?
Wow, beaterworld gets no respect. I must say, I've not been impressed with his posts thus far. And I think he's been the OP on 5 out of 6 collapsed threads on this board. I don't even know what a collapsed thread is for.
If it's like the others they appear to be thinly disguised spam. I don't if he's legit or it's a new scam ploy where you post just enough legit posts to make them not kick you off the site.
But based upon the title I expected something like the Yaris that was at the last autocross I attended and was kicking a$$ and taking names. As Colin Chapman said (and I'm puttin' it totally in my own words) There ain't no replacement for light weight.
I saw a Yaris work over the competition at the season opener for MAC in April?...... that thing was awesome.

shut up shut up shut up shut up i can't heeeaaaarrrrrr you i can't hearrrr you
Much as i hate to admit this because then i'll sound like Beaterworld, i can't help but think how awesome one would be dropped like a mofo with some 13x9 wheels and some r-compounds.
When Ford brought the Fiesta to Toronto this summer for a bunch of us to test, they had some competitors available for the slalom portion: Yaris, Versa and Fit. Fit was the only real threat to the Fiesta (I actually like it better in some respects, but it's a tough call). Yaris wasn't bad but I thought the Versa handled like a couch. Horrible by comparison. Lots of body roll, numb steering and soft. Great if you like comfy, compact transportation but the antithesis of sporty.
Beaterworld is really Tommy trolling the boards....
or some kind of spam ploy to harvest information from the board somehow.
Be wary of any links he posts....
Carguy and Dr. Boost should no longer be allowed to post concurrent posts. It happens more often than it should, and it always confuses me. (it don't take much)

Hear hear!
Dr. Carguy Boost said: It just shows you are more visually oriented than text oriented.
Which is funny, because I went to school to be a copywriter.
