They are making cars way too safe to drive these days, he shouldn't have walked away from that. I'm joking, kind of.
I had a bad day yesterday. However, he wins. Hands down. My bad day started out when I stepped in a giant cat hairball on the way out the door and went down hill from there. I took my watch to a jeweler to get a pin put in the band. Takes in in the back. Brings it back out and he "fixed" my watch that costs about 2+ challenge cars with a paperclip, damaging the band in the process. When things like your friend's day are brought to comparison, it makes us glad to not have worse things happen to us.
I really hope his MiL is OK, because it sounds suspiciously like a SAH (sub-arachnoid hemorrhage) to me, and that's really bad.
