Just arrived, 21.3 lbs.  Their "gold" brisket.  Next weekend a bunch of neighbors and my family are gonna eat well.

My nextdoor neighbor is a close friend and he smokes a mean brisket. 

Perhaps I should get him something like this for Christmas...

Never had srf before. But at ~300 bux, I don't think it'll be a frequent thing.

Keep in mind their brisket cooks way faster, at least for me, most likely due to the fatty meat. 

I am a huge fan of theirs along eith Fulton Fish Market.

Damn, that's a small fortune right there.  I'm going in for half a cow with my neighbor.  I've heard that is some of the best beef you'll have.

Oh, I'm smoking the brisket for 4-6 hours, then sous vide for 48 hours.
