555, for those that don't know is The USS Dolphin.
I live 1.2 miles from Berkeley Pointe. I feel that raises our property's value.

San Diego? If you're still in the area tomorrow, in this thread you will find my suggested one day tour of San Diego
If you are looking for some car culture or a gathering spot in SoCal, see this list of car shows and events: http://www.socalcarculture.com/events.html

The last diesel boat we made I believe? I knew it was smaller (for reasons) but wow, that looks tiny.
Yeah, I toured the submarine too. Super cool bit of history; supposedly the deepest diving submarine we ever built, and zero implosions to date!
Everyone knows this is the real Berkeley boat

Deepest advertised depth. Newer boats (yes there is a difference between boats and ships, except subs for some reason, are exempt from that, and called boats) have... Wait. I ain't allowed to say that!
The Dolphin is a great sub; been to a few museum boats (and ships ) but not that one.
Cool stuff.
Technology keeps upping its game. =~ ) I chose the top bunk, didn't want some idiot jumping out of bed and landing on me.
