That deer doesn't look particularly lean or athletic to me, I think the difference is that this deer is a supergenius by deer standards. If you can get this patched-jacket professor of a deer's smarts into your dumbass American deer, then your cars will finally be safe 
Downside is that hunting deer could become much more difficult, they could start working together to turn the tables on hunters like the velociraptors in Jurassic Park

That's true. It's because deer outnumber humans in the garden state, and suburban landscapers cannot plant deer food quickly enough to keep the herd adequately nourished.
