So today while I was at work someone backed into my m3 (shares a parking lot with Walmart). My m3 is 20 years old and the paint reflects it, so normally this wouldn't be an issue. The impact wasn't all that bad so all it really did was scrape up my license plate, take some chrome off the kidneys, and leave some smudges on the hood (still opens ok).
However, they hit and ran. Luckily someone saw it happen and got the license plate. Had they left a note or came and found me I would have been pretty cool about it and let it fly. Since they took off I am somewhat inclined to try to nail them with this. What do y'all think?
