I just put that song on in the background on my computer. That gave me goosebumps. The world lost one heckuva guitar player today...thats for sure.

I love the part where he politely asks the audience to shut up while he's playing "Tin Pan Alley".
Currently listing to We're Only In It For The Money by Frank and the Mothers.
Jack Mosley from some place called Floridah...most of the youtube videos suck due to being recorded by rednecks in somebody's back yard.
I think Small Boats is the best CD, but Tourist Town Blues is a close second.
Oh, and not a canoe just a fan.
^thanks for posting that, I will be ordering myself a copy this weekend.
after much searching and patient waiting I have just acquired the complete Consume recordings on CD - this disk will be in heavy rotation for the next few days.
Fytch, Captain Crunch, and Carmen Forbes - Raindrops

A whole bunch of Blues Saraceno. That man can play the guitar, even if he is not as famous as Steve Vai, Satch, or some of the other pyrotechnic wizards.
"Found" Soul Coughing the other day and have been listening for about a week. No idea how I missed them.
Now, my 12 y/o is playing power chords thru a "new" Line 6 DM-4. Making something up that sounds pretty gnarly.

Three albums of pure incredible, then implosion. Each album is spectacular in its own way. Good to see they're still making new friends.
