Any big plans like picnics and fireworks?
Mainly putting the info together so my UK accountant can do my tax return there, which is due at the end of the month...
I hope I'll also get around to digging a little deeper into the low compression in the Celica's engine...
You guys have got it all wrong, it's a national holiday! We're celebrating something today so drop what you're doing and celebrate dammit!
We haz an excuse to injoy ourselves!
No classes today so I will be writing a paper and working on the tear down and assembly of another target rifle.
You celebrate what you want, I'll celebrate what I want.
I'm celebrating the fact that I have a job I kind of like, and want to keep. In celebration of that, I'm working today. (I'm on break at the moment)
Taking the MS6 for an oil change and hopefully, if UPS gets the tires here today, putting new rubber on the GTO. Ready for trip to the 24HR depending on what the weather is doing that weekend. The courthouse, bank and post office are all closed today. No way I could get any substantial work done under that scenario.

Butbutbut, I don't work for the government and am not a student...
The NY Stock exchange is closed, though, and normally we get those holidays off.

I'd just like to point out that I'm not a banker, nor do I play one on TV
