Interesting but, looking at the producer, I'll probably pass on that one. Sensationalized documentaries don't sit with me any better than a burrito does.
I worry less about sugar than I do the other chemicals.
I'll probably just end up cutting all the fast food junk out of my diet and watching what I do eat. Today's lunch was baked fish and I feel fine.
Restaurants mess me up. Any pork product makes me sick. I can eat massive salads and do fine as long as I don't eat iceberg lettuce. That stuff is crap and literally cleans me out. Romaine is good but few restaurants use it because of the cost.
