Where do you go for specialty containers?

I'm looking for something better than a 5 gallon bucket to brine my hams in. I'm open to plastic, glass, maybe stainless or other non reactive metal. 

Something that won't mind sitting 2 months full of salt water, with a lid. Stackable would be nice. Able to hold vacuum would be a neat trick. 

I just don't know where to go to look at a wide variety of containers. Lowe's Depot only seem to have the buckets as the best option, Ollie's and Big Lots are to random with inventory, food service store is an option but expensive.

I'm just wondering if there's a good online place to look.

What's wrong with the 5 gallon bucket?  You can get lids for them and they can be stacked at least 2 or 3 high?  Dunno about holding vacuum.

This is probably also too expensive. It just sticks out since my fiance was VERY happy when they opened a physical location not too far from us.

I can only fit one in my fridge at a time. That limits me to two hams and one brine style. 

3 gallon buckets would be better, but the only ones I've found so far are either flimsy or shaped too weird for a lid. 

Find your local restaurant supply store. There are a few national chains, though most are members-only. Most cities have a few local ones that are open the the public, and if you are in the boonies (#jealous) there are online options like WebstrauntStore.com and restaurantsupply.com. If you haven't walked around a restaurant supply store, you owe it to yourself to check it out, so many wild things to see. 

I have a 22qt, foodsafe container with an airtight lid that I use to brine my turkey every year. I even wrote the directions and ingredients on the side with a sharpie.  If you are cooking for a church, you can get food-safe 32-gal Rubbermaid garbage cans. Wild.

I was going to say The Container Store as well, there's one local to me and they have all kinds of stuff.

If you know someone in the restaurant business they often toss out containers that would probably work, for instance five gallon pickle buckets.

Restaurant supply store is your answer.
