I dunno. I think even Billy Gibbons would get off on this:

Hahahaha!
Thanks! That was great.
John Travolta -kinda- made a minivan cool in Get Shorty but that's as close as it gets.
If you need a minivan, buy a Buick Roadmonster instead.
I want a hearse for a tow rig but my wife won't let me get one.

Actually Terry Ryan is down to 11.96 and holds the NHRA Stock Eliminator record (in another turbo van) If he let someone smaller drive it might go a little faster yet.

Terry also has the record for the world's fastest stock block Buick turbo. I'd say he's found his way around turbos and drag racing
It was funny, at the last club meeting he mentioned that he's working on his Neon DOHC conversion for the van, so he's looking for at least 400hp if not more. After we picked our jaws up off the floor, we all went outside of the restaurant where his wife and kids pulled up in the 11-second van after doing some shopping. Try doing that in any other vehicle that fast and get 30mpg on the highway.
Its called the sleeper tax. Sometimes you have to take the penalty. Yes I know assaulting a high priced car with a Neon is awesome, but doing the same with a 80s minivan is ten fold better.
It woud, except that Terry is kind of a big guy so he's more comfy in the van.
Plus he's demented, so he likes to mess with people
I hate minivans, but they are perfect for what they set out to do. The minivan is what saved chrysler so what is there to talk about. I used to live in san diego and the surfers used them because they could fit all their boards inside, not to mention that they are less suspicious than other surfer transportation. Minivans are perfect if you ever have to drive with the family too.
If you get beyond the point of accepting that you are driving a minivan they are great.
does the VW vanagon qualify? Or is that still considered a quasi-full size van? I so want one of those
Minivans are perfect for setting up for RallyX, the hold lots of cones, and with a turbo you can surprise the hell out of a BMW on the way there.

I want one SO BADLY! I want one with the little kitchenette, the rear sleeper and the upper fold-up sleeper! Cross-country drive anybody?
A friend of mine had one. He had it towed from my neighbor's house to his home though because the tranny died. (Little Miss Sunshine lol).
Haha awesome shirt. I like minivans. Sickening amounts of cargo space with the seats out, have reasonable power, get better gas mileage than an SUV, and you don't look like a yuppie piece of crap driving one (which does happen in SUVs, most of the time). Oh, and they can tow as much as small trucks.
