WTSHTF - When the *manure* hits the fan

need more guns.... all I have is a .22 , a 12 ga double barrel , a 20 ga single, a 410 single, and my favorite a Marlin .35.... it'll make great big exit holes the only real problem is it doesn't carry all that far

probably need 30 - 06 for range and some kind of hand gun just for s---s and giggles

As others have said would be my AK, Mossberg 590 and Springfield 1911. Kind of a hard to beat combination, oh however maybe throw in a crow bar or axe or something for when the ammo is all gone.

I'll be taking my USP .45 and my ACOG-scoped BCM mid-length AR15, thanks. I'm not a fan of the AK...they're just not accurate and my AR has proven 100% reliable. No stoppages, ever...contrary to popular belief a few specks of dust will not cause one to weld itself shut.

I have witnessed otherwise. Shattered the receiver and injured the operator and it was a very expensive new one.

On a side note, I also have to agree w/ Will, that sounds a lot worse than a dirty rifle, and I've seen plenty of dirty M-4s/M-16s. However, they both work, just have different strengths.

Well, I own a Rock River Arms AR-15. That's thrown thousands of rounds downrange and never jammed once. And I have like 8 30-round magazines for it. And I'm pretty good with her too.

However, my ultimate choice (other than that) would be a nice 1911 (I like the Kimber variants) or a .50 Desert Eagle. Nothing will ruin somebody's day like the Desert Eagle will (except the 500 S&W).

SUPER-NINJA EDIT: I'll take my Desert Eagle in gold, please. Nothing say's "berkeley you, shiny happy person!" like a gold Desert Eagle.

a few people have told me wtshtf, theyre coming to my house... i told them wtshtf my perimeter will be 200 yards out, nothing inside that area will survive unless i wish it too, so they be better be real sure i want company before they breach... Im the tame one compared to some of my friends though...

Ill just say I own "stuff" that could be useful wtshtf , not allot, but enough to keep the riff raff out for awhile...

i do really like my taurus 357 snub nose though..a much better weapon imo than a s&w, but the springfield xdm .40 is really high on my want list...

I don't know much about guns but a .22rifle and about 10,000rounds of .22lr rounds and you could shoot and shoot.

Only problem with a .22 is that while it will kill a zombie (a head shot doesn't require massive energy) it won't do much against any living threats.

Nothing will ruin YOUR day like a Desert Eagle. You'll look pretty impressive for those two shots you get off, but when that pistol jams, you're toast.

I've yet to meet one that works really reliably.

Plus it's really heavy. Not exactly ideal when your dirtbike runs out of gas and you have to hoof it.
