I bought this stuff new in 2019 and built the stand myself.
What's included:
-Fanatec CSL Elite wheel/base, PC and PS4 compatible
-Fanatec CSL Elite pedals
-Fanatec load control brake upgrade
-42" Vizio HD TV
-Stand built out of 1" x 2" aluminum tubing, very nice/realistic seating position
-Seat from 2013 Mustang GT, I previously had my Sparco sidemount seat on here so it is drilled for that also

Looks like a great deal to me. I suspect you will not have an issue selling it. A pretty compact layout also, which is nice.
The only issue I see, it's pretty big and will be difficult to transport. I personally would like to see another pedal and a shifter, but those can certainly be added, and at your price, certainly a reasonable upgrade.

The TV is on a standard wall mount so it comes off quick/easy for transport. A clutch pedal is included I just do not have it installed because I don't have a shifter. I just use the paddle shifters.
If you separate things let me know. I would be interested in the wheels and pedals.
Unless you have the original box for the screen shipping that is going to be interesting.
It's pending sale to a coworker. If it falls through I might look into separating.
