One of the most exciting weeks on the motorsports calendar? This week, October 24-27, as some of country’s fastest drivers and cars will descend upon Kentucky’s NCM Motorsports Park to compete in the Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials Nationals Powered by Hagerty and Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car Challenge Presented by Grassroots Motorsports.
The SCCA Time Trials Nationals, October 24-27, features back-to-back time trial sessions throughout all four days of competition, offering plenty of thrills for racers and spectators alike.
Taking place alongside the SCCA Time Trials Nationals, October 24-25, is our Ultimate Track Car Challenge, in which the rules to compete are simple: Both car and driver must pass a safety inspection–that’s all.
What car you bring, what upgrades you fit and how much sound deadening you remove is all up to you.
By the time you read this, several GRM staff members will being making the trek to NCM Motorsports Park. Among them include J.G. Pasterjak, who will be competing in the Time Trials Nats with our BMW 435i project car.

Some guy at my hotel thinks he's a race car driver.
I have never seen as many cops on a single day as I did on I-75 through GA today. Eventually I turned off the sound on Google Maps because the robot lady was interrupting herself constantly saying "speed trap aheSpeed traSpeed trap aheaSpeeed trSpeed trap ahead"
In reply to JG Pasterjak :
Please tell me that you’re going to wear your driver suit to the breakfast buffet.
Good morning from the road! Tom and I are about 2.5 hours away from NCM at our first charge of the day. Some fine selection of snacks at this Pilot including sushi and an egg cup. We went for apples and peanut butter.
