A few days? Enough time to drive to LA.
The new MX-5 looks a little angrier, but it is reportedly the same fun-to-drive sports car.
And we have some fresh tires to scrub, too.
Starting next Tuesday we will be spending a few days with the forthcoming ND-chassis Mazda MX-5—instrumented testing plus plenty of highway miles. Here’s the catch: We can’t reveal our driving impressions until June 1.
However, watch our website and Facebook pages for a few sneak peeks. And if you’re on the ball, perhaps there’s a chance you’ll get to meet up with us. (Hint: Our travels will not be limited to our home state of Florida.)

I know a guy who would love to be involved in this. He might even be able to add some depth to the story. He can travel.
Thanks for letting us know when the embargo is lifted, too
If you're headed to Texas somehow, there's one heck of a nice guest room in the Grosh. Wouldn't that make for great editorial material?
Wow, I'm really looking forward to reading about your impressions of the new MX......

and don't mind the guy with the brown nose, he's mostly harmless. Mostly.
This should be fun. Once we're on the road, we'll be checking in. I have a feeling at least one stop at Moe's will be on the schedule. We get the keys Tuesday morning.
Anyone know how much room the MX-5 has in the trunk?
If you come near Lexington nc, ill intrduce you to a local delicacy that will knock your socks off. Most incredible sandwich I've found on the east coast.
