New, bigger shop? You know what that means: more room for activities.

First order of business: cleaning up our V6 Miata after racing at Lucky Dog Racing League’s Southern Dawg Delight.

We pulled PDM, took out the Miata’s cracked back window, cleaned the car and of course documented the whole process.

The extra shop space made everything so much easier. No bumping into one another or stepping on each other’s feet. Plus, Tom brought donuts, so that’s always a motivation booster.

A job that normally would have taken up the whole day in our old shop only took about 3 hours, so naturally we had a team lunch to celebrate a job well done.

That was a fun day. Bummed I missed the lunch part of the day but someone had a vet appointment up in Jax and the dog isn’t quite old enough to drive herself.

I hate that I had to miss out that day, but I'm pumped for the next one.

I need more opportunities to get my hands dirty.
