Since hill climbing is my prime motorsport desire, I put the mini project on the back burner, when a nice subaru project fell into my hands. Since I just destroyed my hillclimb subaru this weekend. That puts me in a predicament.
So what I have for sale is my mini project. This is a project, if you can not fabricate, it's not for you. Unfortunately, it's not a bolt together deal.
You get the de-seamed shell, all glass still installed. A set of 13 inch rims, tires are dry rotted though, a set of super light 10 inch rims and a brand new set of hoosier slicks for them(stored out of UV in my heated basement). Basically, you'll get every single part I acquired, I'm sure there is more I'm not thinking off. Items missing from the originial mini: Front suspension arms, brakes, no motor or transmission. It could be put back to being an original mini, but you'd need motor, tranny, some of the front suspension and some other odds and ends.Stock mini rear subframe, and fuel cell. Stock front subframe that has been cut to accommodate a vtec. $2000 obo Could make a very nice d-mod autocross/fun street car. I felt that front drive and the short wheelbase would make it less suitable for hillclimbs. Pictures to follow this weekend.
Honda B16 motor(no clutch, no idea what I did with it), a hydraulic b-series tranny with lsd. obd0 socketed ecu(motor is obd0), obd1 injectors, brand new obd1 distributor, obd1 ecu, msd ignition. Full wiring harness from a honda civic, as well as front and rear suspension components from the car. $1500obo
I have a single axle tilt bed trailer that I use to use to trailer the mini to events and such. Drives right on, no ramps needed. $500 to anyone that buys the shell.

It's the price you pay sometimes, but such is life. It means I get to build a new car.
10x6 kn Mecuries I believe. I know I have some pictures on photobucket somewhere, but photobucket is blocked for me at this computer. I'll post later, had them for sale on Mini mania in the last year. Very light.
figured a way around the filter.
also have some rods and pistons to make a 1380 collecting dust.
Send me an offer

I will this weekend, as I don't have current pictures. This is from 2007, before I started the project. http://vermontracing.com/1/albums/carshow/car-show_9pcs/DSC09363.jpg Floor is now cut out, as well as much of the firewall.
Located in VT.
Is it a roller? You said that the front suspension is missing, but that pic looks like it's a roller.
Old picture. Not a roller. Does include the rear subframe. Would need front suspension, Brakes, complete subframe. Current pictures this weekend. Body is missing floor and much of the firewall.

I'm not sure, I'll have to look into it. Link to details? Wagon isn't the ideal solution, but have a friend that is building a sedan that needs a bunch of stuff, and it might be easier to horse trade with that.
You'll need to log in to post.
