No, I am not smoking crack. These things came with a Hemi V8 and depreciated pretty quickly. If you smoothed them off a bit by removing the roof racks and rails, replaced the butch wheel flares with smooth ones, dropped in some Rover-style headlights and tail lights, add smooth bumpers, a horizontal grill, and some stylish wheels...it could have a very similar look with only bolt-on components.

I think the Range Rover depreciates just as quick if not more so.
There are some design similarities simply by virtue of the old school SUV shape, but otherwise I think the Jeep and Rover are clearly distinguishable. Instead of trying to make the Jeep Roveresque, what's wrong with just making the Jeep nicer and updating it by smoothing out some details but keeping the Jeepness? Its not a bad design overall, but the interiors are kind of ugly.
