It's a clear WV title, but when I had the car it was a PA salvage title. Other states may or may not honor the "clean" status it has been given in WV- PA almost certainly will not. YMMV.

it needs finished, put back together , i plan to get it a running roller this weekend, but will need some more to be a driver. sadly time and money are not on my side at this time.

Okay, thanks. I'll have to pass, I'm looking for an easy button in case my Challenge S10 isn't ready, due to my lack of time and space. Sounds like I'd be in the same boat with your Mustang.

$1200 no trick flow 5.0, but a stock 5.0 HO $1800 with the trick flow 5.0 and the stock 5.0 HO, two engines

i'm in charleston area yes the stock engine, rear axle, stock sn95 rear disc brakes, koni shocks, steeda link, cast/camber plates, 17x8 wheels, alloy drive shaft, 3 pairs of doors, 3 pairs f fenders, spare front bumper, hood, bumper covers, new master cylinder,etc.
