Lets see how long this takes. Last time, it was 7 minutes.
This is the car I bought off this board and took to the $2013 Challenge.
The good news- it's a running, driving, complete Cooper S. It has some suspension upgrades, a new windshield, new front brakes, rotors, and calipers, and an underdrive pulley. It's a hoot to drive.
The bad news- it's pushing 200K, and it's beginning to show signs of being an old BMW- it's got some electrical glitches, including the left turn signal won't turn off. I don't think it is a switch- probably a module.
It is also NOT a Southern car. The outer body is excellent- no dents, only 1 or 2 dime sized rust spots. But there is rust underneath. Nothing catastrophic (no frame rot, etc), but every time I am working in the car, I find the fasteners rusted, and have to fight with it.
This would be perfect for a motor swap, a Challenge car, or to repair and use as a daily.
I know you will want more details, I will post them later when I get home.
Just figured I'd get this ball rolling.
Car is in Albany, GA 31721

I don't post pics on this site.
I will send you some, which you can post if you like.
I will post a link to a previous thread with pics shortly.
Here's the original thread when I bought it:
SVreX gets chased across the country
It's an amusing read- looks like there were a half dozen GRMers trying to ambush me as I trailered it from MI!
I thought that thread had pics. It doesn't.
Who wants to host a few pics I can send you?
The previous owner (original owner) was an automotive engineer who designed suspension systems and test drove for a living.
This car was his first car. He learned to drive well on it.
He sold it to me when his family started growing and he needed a back seat.
He was an enthusiast. He drove it hard, but took good care of it.
Me too.
I love it, but it doesn't fit my life right now, and I don't feel like sinking money into it to start chasing BMW electrical gremlins.
In reply to markwemple:
In some ways the pics won't help.
The car photographs GREAT! The pics will make you forget it is a $2000 car.
(But it IS a $2000 car, so you have to keep your expectations in check)
Here's a pic. It's a little old, but still looks the same:
I'll send a couple more to someone else to post.

Tough call.
I probably wouldn't. It hasn't been driven regularly for a while.
When it started electrical glitching, I parked it. I had other things to work on.
I don't know if the gremlins are the beginning of something more complex that could affect it's reliability.
I'd trailer it, until I had time to trouble shoot it a little better.
In reply to Sine_Qua_Non:
Well, I put $2000 in the title.
But if you'd like to offer me a $15 bonus...
You'll need to log in to post.
