$1500 5 speed pt loser turbo with good wheels
Aren't these essentially SRT-4s with weird bodies and the very worst things ever to work on? Even if true this one seems like a heckuva deal.
Weird body, not that bad to work on arguably easier to do some things than a neon, PT Cruiser GT is the same engine, turbo, and injectors as a 2004+ SRT4 smaller intercooler and heat soak prone aluminum intake results in 215hp. 06 + GT Cruiser has a plastic intake and 230hp. Non intercooled PT Cruiser Turbo is 180hp same engine and turbo as an SRT4 no intercooler, small injectors and a tune to match.
I paid $450 for an 03 GT auto with a cracked exhaust manifold and broken radio a few weeks ago. Took it out for some burnouts last night it's entertaining.
I really want this
Have not been able to convince my wife yet...

The 180Hp PT is the exact same motor, intercooler and all. Only the tune is different. A MP Stage 1 kit will net the same horsepower as it will in a PT/GT.

Must be flashback interior cause when I click the link it takes me to the picture of the town and country wagon.
The most amount of B-body that money can buy. Already lowered and casket included.

I wonder how much budget recoup there is in the casket?
In reply to maschinenbau :
These are ~$1,000, so half of new? $500.
That would definitely be one of the most unique budget re-coup items...probably score you a few Concours points just because of the story.
Oh wait, nevermind. That hearse has the L99 V8, which is only 4.3L. No LT1 goodness. Pass...

The L99 struck me as odd, until I realized it started life as a sedan.
I have a Volvo 240 DL 5 speed I have been thinking about selling it would budget challenge friendly. The reason why I am selling it because I found a B5 Passat wagon.

In reply to Sine_Qua_Non :
Ran when parked, gas gage doesn't work properly and need a new right rear brake caliper. Clean title I used this car to haul around my RC cars and equipment to the track last summer....its also a cool car to just enjoy the road with too
In reply to Volksrodden :
...I need to put some gas in it. Last time I went to move it, it fired ran for a little and sputtered down and quit, that was a week ago
In reply to Volksrodden :
