yes it does it has all the ductwork in place and a blower and if you look between at the shifter the two knobs sticking up are the controls and they seem to work

I hear ya. I've already got a garage and driveway full of projects, but this one is killing me. I'm in PA, though closer to Philly. I'm hoping someone comes through with a solid offer and takes it. I've only got a few hundred I could offer (and I'll throw in a 6 pack...none of them will even be open...

I will not drive to PA for any more VW's, I have to keep saying this to myself over and over again as I have made the trek twice to rescue cars that now just litter my yard and mock me. I wish you the best of luck on the sale and really hope someone comes along with cash soon.
