This is mine, and listed at a GRM price before dealing with the general public.
I have the clear title in hand; it runs well. The PO installed a Two Brothers exhaust, which still sounds menacing. The starter was replaced with a brand new OEM (not a rebuild) unit earlier this year, so it starts eagerly every time. The battery is about 2 years old, the rear Michelin Pilot Road II still has some life, and the front tire (Michelin Pilot Road I) still has tread, but is starting to show some age. The fork seals and chain should be replaced soon.
This was my commuter during the last 3 years of college, ridden rain or shine, so it wasn't babied. It has been dropped a few times, and the front and rear seats are badly cracked and torn from sun exposure. It won't win beauty contests, but it will get you there.
I'll throw in the service manual and a battery tender as well.
